Description du poste:

A Pharmacovigilance Manager ensures the safety of GSK's medicinal products by monitoring adverse events, implementing risk management plans, and ensuring compliance with global regulations. The role involves analyzing drug safety data, supporting audits and inspections, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and guiding staff on pharmacovigilance practices. This position is critical in maintaining patient safety and regulatory compliance while supporting product development and company reputation.

Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

* Ensure timely and accurate preparation of reports for all registered molecules in Mexico, including adverse event notifications.
* Manage submissions of adverse event surveillance reports to the relevant health authorities, ensuring compliance with strict timelines.
* Guarantee that safety reports are prepared and delivered within 24 hours of notification to the Ministry of Health.
* Coordinate and lead the team to ensure efficient handling of pharmacovigilance processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate closely with the Medical Affairs team to validate adverse event cases and ensure alignment on medical interpretation.
* Drive adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards to ensure the highest level of drug safety and compliance.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, biology or science-related fields
* Strong experience in pharmacovigilance roles
* Strong experience in pharmaceutical industry
* Experience in people management
* Knowledge of Mexican Regulatory Norms
* Advanced English

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

* Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, MSc, or equivalent).
