We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to help build the team behind our opening. As our Talent Acquisition Supervisor, you'll play a key role in bringing our culture to life by attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across the hotel. From sourcing top candidates to creating an outstanding candidate experience, you'll partner closely with hiring managers to build diverse, high-performing teams that embody The Standard's personality and values.

What You'll Do

* Lead full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of positions across the hotel.
* Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
* Coordinate interviews, hiring events, recruitment campaigns, and open house initiatives.
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
* Manage job postings across multiple recruitment platforms and social media channels.
* Promote The Standard's employer brand by creating engaging recruitment initiatives and representing the hotel at career fairs and networking events.
* Ensure recruitment processes comply with company standards and local employment regulations.
* Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to leadership.
* Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new team members

Profil requis du candidat:

What You'll Bring

* Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources, preferably within luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands.
* Experience managing high-volume recruitment while maintaining a personalized candidate experience.
* Strong interviewing, sourcing, and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and hiring managers alike.
* Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
* Fluency in both English and Spanish.
* A proactive, creative, and solution-oriented approach to recruitment.
* Passion for hospitality, people, and building high-performing teams.
* Curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuously improving the recruitment experience.
