About the role

En Kerry estamos buscando un(a) PtP Entry Associate para integrarse a nuestro equipo de Global Business Services (GBS), brindando soporte a la región de Norteamérica (EE. UU. y Canadá).

Key responsibilities

* Gestionar actividades de accounts payable (cuentas por pagar)
* Dar seguimiento a queries y solicitudes de clientes internos (plantas)
* Resolver estatus de facturas y asegurar su correcto procesamiento
* Coordinar con diferentes equipos para garantizar flujo eficiente de información
* Cumplir con los tiempos de respuesta establecidos

KPIs del rol

* Cumplimiento de response time dentro de 48 horas

Qualifications and skills

* Inglés avanzado (indispensable)
* Experiencia en Accounts Payable (AP) o Shared Services
* Conocimiento en SAP (deseable)
* Excel nivel básico-intermedio (búsquedas, manejo de dato)
* Power BI (plus)
