Dette er en rolle hvor du støtter meglere og kollegaer i det daglige arbeidet. Rollen innebærer utstrakt kundekontakt i samarbeid med våre meglere.

Dine hovedoppgaver vil blant annet være:

* Utvikle relasjoner til kunder sammen med ansvarlig megler
* Sikre riktig leveranse av tjenester og løsninger til kundene - til rett tid og med høy kvalitet
* Bistå ved fornyelser av avtaler for mellomstore og store kunder
* Løpende kundeoppfølging og håndtering av administrative oppgaver
* Utarbeide og tilpasse rapporter og presentasjoner til kunder
* Vedlikeholde og oppdatere kundeinformasjon i systemer
* Samarbeide tett med meglere og være en viktig støtte i deres arbeid
* Koordinere med interne og nordiske team
* Bidra til utvikling av kundeporteføljen og identifisere nye forretningsmuligheter

Hvem er du?
Vi ser etter deg som er strukturert, proaktiv og relasjonssterk, med evne til å håndtere flere oppgaver samtidig. Du trives med ansvar og har en naturlig serviceinnstilling.
Ønskede kvalifikasjoner:

* Minimum 2 års erfaring fra tilsvarende rolle innen forsikring eller meglerbransjen. Det er en fordel med kompetanse innenfor skadeforsikring.
* God forretningsforståelse og interesse for kundeutvikling
* Sterke samarbeidsevner og evne til å bygge tillit hos kunder og kollegaer
* Strukturert og høy gjennomføringsevne
* Gode analytiske evner
* Erfaring med Microsoft Office, spesielt Excel
* God systemforståelse og interesse for digitale verktøy
* Meget gode språkferdigheter i norsk og engelsk, både skriftlig og muntlig
* Gjerne høyere utdanning (Bachelor eller tilsvarende)

Portfolio Manager / Associate Client Manager - Marsh Norway

Are you motivated to work in an international company alongside talented colleagues and exciting clients? Marsh Norway is now seeking engaged and structured Portfolio Managers to join our management team.
This role involves supporting brokers and colleagues in daily operations, with extensive client interaction in close collaboration with our brokers.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain client relationships together with the broker responsible
* Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services and solutions to clients
* Assist with contract renewals for medium and large clients
* Conduct ongoing client follow-up and handle administrative tasks
* Prepare and tailor reports and presentations for clients
* Maintain and update client information in internal systems
* Collaborate closely with brokers and provide essential support in their work
* Coordinate with internal and Nordic teams
* Contribute to the development of the client portfolio and identify new business opportunities

Who You Are
We are looking for someone who is structured, proactive, and relationship-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You thrive with responsibility and have a natural service mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within insurance or brokerage; knowledge of property & casualty insurance is an advantage
* Strong business understanding and interest in client development
* Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues
* Highly organized with strong execution skills
* Strong analytical capabilities
* Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Good system understanding and interest in digital tools
* Excellent written and spoken Norwegian and English
* Preferably a higher education degree (bachelor's or equivalent)
