The Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) is operational, responsible for executing marketing activities in countries, and feeds the marketing team with local insights and opportunities. This role serves as experts in the local market and are able to use insight including real-world data, and quantitative and qualitative research to analyze the market and by that take data-driven decisions. The CSM should complement the TAS's by engaging with thought leaders and other important external stakeholders possessing a deep understanding of the customer and patient journeys.
The role is office based, with an expectation of at least 30% of the time spent on external activities to get a broad understanding of the oncology landscape within the country.
The Customer Solution Manager reports to the Nordic Marketing Strategy Lead.
Key responsibilities
* Operational role, responsible for executing marketing activities in the country
* Serve as the local market expert, gaining insight and understanding of the evolving oncology market in the local country (incl. competitive landscape, regulatory/access evolvements, important stakeholders/stakeholder networks)
* Be able to understand how to use different data sources including real-world data, and use analytical tools (AI) to analyze market potential, including risks and opportunities
* Work closely with the Nordic Brand Leads to evaluate and optimize customer impact of omni-channel activities for different customer segments (increase customer impact with the right message to the right customer at the right time in the right channel)
* Demonstrate the ability to understand the local patient flow and customer journey within our key prioritized areas to optimize our performance (find leverage points)
* Work closely with the cross-functional team to uncover local barriers, risks, and opportunities and find solutions on how to mitigate challenges and drive opportunities to maximize business opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Experience
* Expertise in Customer Journeys (Patients, HCPs, Payors & Policymakers)
* Able to deliver against Performance Objectives
* Positive mindset
* Have shown ability to adapt to changes
* Working in the pharma industry, or have knowledge about the pharma environment in the local country
* Experience from pharma industry is positive but not absolute for the position
* Proficient in English and knowing at least one of the Nordic languages
* Bachelor`s degree (Life Science, Business, Marketing) required; advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PhD) a plus
