We are looking for a Medical Advisor for Haematology to join our team in Norway and become a scientific expert in the field.

As the successful candidate you will build trusted scientific relationships with healthcare professionals and research partners. You will share clear, evidence-based medical information, gather clinical insights, and support local medical and research activities across the team. This role is field based with a hybrid working approach. You will spend a proportion of time in the field meeting external experts and clinical sites. You will also work remotely and attend the office for team collaboration as required.

In this role you will
* Act as the scientific expert in Haematology, interfacing with the medical community at conferences, meetings, and advisory groups. Maintain a detailed understanding and a deep appreciation of the science and evidence for the treatment options in the therapy area.
* Present scientific findings and provide medical education and information to healthcare professionals.
* Review and approve marketing materials in compliance with regulations.
* Support clinical development activities by partnering with clinical operations in feasibility processes identifying sites for clinical trials in Norway, being the scientific and medical experts in study initiating activities and support study execution as needed.
* Identify, develop and follow-up of medical projects and evidence generation activities in collaboration with external experts and internal partners

Why you?
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
* Degree in relevant subject, PharmD or MPharm + relevant experience, Cand. Med., Cand. Pharm. Hematology/oncology experience either from studies or professional experience
* Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry
* Experience in Medical Affairs or other medical-related roles, along with launch experience.
* Fluent in Norwegian, Swedish or Danish, speaking and writing. Proficient in English, speaking and writing
* High digital competence and technology savvy
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to disseminate scientific information across a variety of seniorities
* Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly within Norway.

* PhD in relevant subject
* Proactive attitude with a passion for making an impact
* Proven track record of collaboration with internal and external experts
