About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Support website management and content updates
* Assist in Salesforce/Pardot activities, including customer feedback, surveys, and marketing campaigns
* Support branding initiatives, including event planning and coordination
* Assist in merchandising management, including design and execution
* Support shop branding activities (planning, design, and execution)
* Coordinate Sika at Work marketing initiatives
* Assist in event management activities from planning to execution
* Support videography and photography for marketing content
* Assist in designing marketing collateral (brochures, leaflets, packaging)

Your Skills and Experience

Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
* Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience/internship preferred
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content creation
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Familiarity with social media platforms and MS Office/Google Workspace
* Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative team setting
