Position Summary: As a Traveling Beauty Consultant for Guerlain, you will be the ultimate brand ambassador, responsible for driving sell-out performance and enhancing the customer experience across designated retail points in the Netherlands. This role focuses on direct sales and customer engagement across fragrance, skincare, and make-up categories, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets while embodying Guerlain's values. The Travelling Beauty Consultant will also play a crucial role in coaching and motivating in-store sales associates, ensuring impeccable merchandising, and managing inventory.
Proven experience 5 years in sales, preferably within the luxury cosmetics or beauty industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people. A passion for beauty and a deep understanding of luxury brand values. Ability to motivate and train others effectively. Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written). Ability to travel across the Netherlands from Tuesday to Saturday : Driving license B required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Available for 32 hours per week
