RGM Business Analyst

Description du poste:

1. Evolve & Maintain the RGM Dashboards (main mission) The RGM dashboards (pricing corridors (RSP, LP,NP), AUP vs RSP, trade investment, were originally developed by external consultants. They now need to be adapted, extended, and stabilized as our regional team grows. You will: * Take ownership of the existing Databricks/PySpark → SQL → Python → Power BI pipeline. * Make updates to fit evolving RGM requirements: new business rules, retailer exceptions, allocation logic, corrected KPIs, new inputs, etc. * Improve reliability and performance (refresh stability, optimization, debugging). * Monitor data quality and proactively resolve inconsistencies. * Document rules and changes to ensure long-term robustness. 2. Pricing & Promotion Analytics * Support monthly pricing checks (AUP vs RSP gaps, corridor evolution). * Contribute to promotional ROI analyses and TPR efficiency diagnostics. * Prepare data slices and views used in commercial reviews and negotiations. 3. RGM Governance Cycle * Upload and prepare monthly dashboards for pricing, promotions, and portfolio. * Ensure KPIs are correctly refreshed, validated, and ready for leadership. * Coordinate with markets & RGM team to collect missing inputs. 4. Cross-functional support & business learning * Translate technical outputs into simple narratives for business partners. * Develop a strong understanding of how pricing and promotion decisions impact revenue and margin. 5. Tool Development to Support RGM Processes Contribute to defining requirements and leading the development of solutions that support key RGM processes (e.g., net price evolution, price increase cycles). Work closely with relevant departments to ensure tools are built effectively and support smooth delivery with the RGM team and the relevant markets

Profil requis du candidat:

- First successful experience in data analytics, data engineering, finance, commercial excellence or related field - Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously - Structured, reliable, rigorous - Eager to learn RGM fundamentals (pricing, promotions, ROI, portfolio) -Able to communicate clearly and work with non-technical stakeholders TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED: - Python - Advanced: Modular pipelines, financial calculations, business rules, exception logic. - PySpark / Databricks - Intermediate to advanced: Distributed DataFrames, window functions, joins optimization, Delta Lake. - SQL - Advanced CTEs, aggregations, window functions, complex transformations. - Power BI - Advanced Data modeling, measures, DAX basics, Python visual limits - Excel - Advanced
