We are looking for a Technology Support Coordinator to join our team based in Amsterdam! The #1 goal is to ensure the smooth operation of all Tony's Open Chain (TOC) processes across Europe and West Africa. Tony's Open Chain is an industry-led initiative that helps chocolate brands transform their cocoa supply chains and become sustainability frontrunners. Tony's Open Chain consists of 5 Sourcing Principles, which have been proven to increase living income and dramatically decrease child labor rates on West African cocoa farms. Also, the Tony's Open Chain initiative is bringing more and more mission allies on board.

As the operational technology all-rounder, you serve as the primary point of contact for operational (application) support for both internal and external TOC stakeholders. This involves managing the support backlog within our ticketing systems and maintaining user documentation. Also, you will be testing solutions to ensure quality and security standards are met, while challenging solutions to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you are responsible for configuring IT systems according to agreed requirements, with a focus on priority processes such as operational traceability, invoicing, master data and user management, and reporting. You are part of the IT team and report to the Head of IT.

In this role, as the Technology Support Coordinator, you will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders regularly. You will be an integral part of the IT team and report to the Head of IT. Daily interactions will occur with the Business Partner (BP) TOC and the TOC team, ensuring seamless operational support and alignment on processes and priorities. Additionally, daily collaboration with external and internal partners is essential to maintain effective communication and support across the organization. Regular engagements with the Development Partners/Vendors and the IT Team allow for alignment on general IT agendas, sprint planning, refinement, and progress updates. Furthermore, weekly meetings with the Head of IT facilitate personal alignment and strategic discussions to support growth initiatives. Overall, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating communication, collaboration, and alignment across various teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of TOC processes and IT support functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a tech-savvy professional who wants to be part of something truly revolutionary!

* Previous experience in collaborating with product development teams.
* Ability to determine priorities and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Eagerness to learn new skills, explore new applications, and continuously improve processes.

* Passion for problem-solving and tackling challenges.
* Capability to effectively manage a broad, international group of stakeholders.
* Proficiency in English, both verbal and written; fluency in French is a big plus!
* Basic knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
* Familiarity with data collection processes is preferred.
