Do you have an eye for detail and a heart for hospitality? At Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam, we're looking for a dedicated Room Attendant who takes pride in creating a flawless and welcoming environment for every guest.
Your role in the journey
As a Room Attendant, you'll be part of the team that ensures every guest room is a sanctuary of comfort and cleanliness. With care, consistency and a warm smile, you'll help create the unforgettable Anantara experience.
Your responsibilities include:
* Cleaning guest rooms to the highest Anantara standards.
* Ensuring all areas are spotless, well-stocked and ready for guest arrival.
* Engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Reporting maintenance issues and lost & found items promptly.
* Supporting your team to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.

Qualifications:

What you'll bring
* Flexibility in your availability and a hands-on attitude.
* Affinity with cleanliness, hygiene and attention to detail.
* Good communication skills and a guest-first mindset.
* Efficient time management and the ability to work independently.
* Experience in Housekeeping within a 5-star hotel is a plus.
* Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
