Then the role of Connected Media Planner might be perfect for you. In this role, you will work within the Media & Advertising team at Samsung. As the Connected Media Planner, you are responsible for managing various campaigns. You will report to the Media & Advertising Manager at Samsung and collaborate closely with Publicis specialists and the Advertising & Strategy team at Samsung. As a Connected Media Planner, you are the central coordinator ("spider in the web"). In this role, you are responsible for implementing and overseeing media campaigns; online and offline. This means ensuring that campaigns go live on time, monitoring performance, and gathering the reports. You will also be responsible for managing deadlines and budgets, as well as co-ordinating the actualisation process all completed campaigns. You will work closely with colleagues in the media team at Samsung, the operation teams at Publicis and maintain contact with the campaign managers at Samsung. Most importantly, this position is highly client-oriented, you work fully embedded with the client, working at their pace and priorities, while acting as a central point of coordination between them and our internal teams. Responsibilities What else is important to know? Maintaining oversight of all ongoing activities and supervising processes and workflows are key responsibilities of a Connected Media Planner. It is important that you are able to switch flexibly between different tasks and projects (campaigns). You need to be proficient in Excel, have an analytical mindset, and have clear communication abilities to coordinate effectively across teams. We will provide on-the-job training, so that media will hold no secrets for you. You will be surrounded by media experts and receive strong guidance regarding our processes and ways of working. Develop, grow, and upscale client relationships. Manage the delivery of plans, creative assets, insertion orders, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for all campaigns. Monitor and support taxonomy scores and data input for every campaign. Coordinate and work with media partners to develop relevant strategies and ensure accurate platform implementation. Troubleshoot issues across planning and buying functions. Help in the co-ordination of campaign actualisation and monthly billing process (together with Ops Team). Qualifications What we are looking for: Someone passionate about digital media, with 1- 2 years of experience in a similar field. A project-oriented worker. Analytical, eager to learn, proactive, flexible, creative, results-driven, and solution-focused. A team player who enjoys taking initiative and getting things done. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable working with numbers and tools such as Excel. Effective communicator. Coordination skills. Adaptability and Cross-disciplinary flexibility.
