In this role, you will join our established Dermatology team in the Netherlands, working closely with an experienced MSL colleague. Together, you serve as the bridge between scientific innovation and clinical practice. As an MSL Dermatology, you develop strong scientific relationships with dermatologists, hospitals, and academic institutions, while generating valuable insights that contribute to our medical strategy.

Main responsibilities:

* Maintain proactive and reactive scientific engagement with dermatologists through multiple channels
* Organize local scientific meetings and webinars
* Build trusted relationships with key opinion leaders
* Communicate balanced scientific and clinical information to decision-makers and stakeholders
* Support Investigator-Initiated Studies and contribute to advisory boards
* Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans
* Generate field insights and collaborate with internal teams while ensuring full compliance

About you

* Experience engaging with healthcare professionals and planning stakeholder interactions
* Strategic thinking and strong relationship-building capabilities
* Effective collaboration skills across teams
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a changing environment
* Education: MD, PharmD, PhD, or MSc in a relevant scientific field
* Languages: Native Dutch and business-level English
