Your role

We are looking for a Brand Account Manager Showroom who will act as a central point of contact for key accounts, centralized customers and brands, while ensuring an outstanding showroom experience and providing broad commercial support to the sales organization.​

Main responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain relationships with business customers through showroom interactions and regular store visits.

* Support key accounts by preparing contracts, commercial overviews, and performance reports.

* Coordinate and process orders via digital ordering systems, including follow-up and administrative handling.

* Support international customers with both digital sales and showroom-based purchasing.

* Ensure a professional and well-organised showroom, including product presentation and inventory management.

* Prepare, unpack, present, inventory, and ship new product collections.

* Plan and coordinate showroom schedules, customer visits, buying days, and product launches.

* Support the sales team with customer and brand analyses, reports, and ad-hoc commercial assistance.

* Organise and deliver brand presentations, product training sessions, and commercial events, both in the showroom and on-site at customer locations.

* Temporarily take over commercial responsibilities (such as a region or brand) and act as a general point of contact for customers, brands, and internal stakeholders.

Main requirements:

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brands, customers and priorities

* Commercial mindset with experience in sales support, key account support or showroom operations

* Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with sales, marketing and operations teams

* Experience with order management systems and reporting tools

* Affinity with premium brands and a customer-focused approach

* Willingness to travel to customers and events when required

* Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a strong advantage)

* Accurate and structured way of working, including administrative follow-up

* Flexibility to temporarily cover regions or brands when needed

* Passion for eyewear, brands and product knowledge
