Within this robust framework, our Equities business plays a crucial role, providing clients with access to global equity markets through innovative trading solutions, research, and capital-raising services. We are committed to delivering comprehensive market insights and execution capabilities across a diverse range of equity products, enabling our clients to navigate complex financial landscapes and achieve their investment objectives.

We are seeking an experienced Director-level Solutions Sales professional to join our dynamic Markets team in Amsterdam. This pivotal role involves driving revenue growth by marketing and selling a comprehensive suite of fixed income products and customized solutions to a diverse client base of domestic Dutch financial institutions. The successful candidate will leverage their deep understanding of the Dutch fixed income landscape and proven commercial acumen to build and maintain strong local client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to act as a key partner to our clients, delivering tailored, value-added solutions within a critical European market.

Primary Responsibilities of the role
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a broad range of Dutch financial institutions, including pension funds, insurance companies, asset managers, and tier-2 banks.
* Design and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the Dutch market, identifying new business opportunities.
* Engage with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and investment mandates, collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized cross-asset solutions.
* Maintain expert-level knowledge of a wide array of fixed income and equities products, positioning them effectively within the Dutch market context.
* Provide clients with insightful market commentary and actionable trade ideas, considering the specifics of the Dutch pension framework and Solvency II.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders across regions and products to ensure a seamless client experience, from initial pitch to post-trade support.

What we need from you
* Extensive experience in a sales, trading, or structuring role, with extensive and demonstrable experience covering domestic clients in the Netherlands.
* Proven track record of successfully generating revenue and building a client franchise within the Dutch market.
* Deep, nuanced understanding of the Dutch fixed income landscape and proven commercial skills.
* In-depth, practical knowledge of the Dutch financial regulatory environment, including the Dutch pension framework and Solvency II.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree, MBA, or CFA designation is highly preferred.
* Fluency in both Dutch and English is required for effective client engagement and internal communication.
