This role will involve developing expertise in IT Infrastructure Operations, fostering growth and contribution in a dynamic environment. Ensure production systems are available and operating according to defined service level agreements.
Drive incident and outage resolution with clear and timely communication.
Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment efficiently.
Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard operations.
Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational standards.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Expert proficiency in IT Infrastructure Operations.
A minimum of 0 of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Expert proficiency in Data Center Orchestration & Provisioning.
Expert proficiency in Infrastructure Design.
Advanced proficiency in Network Configuration.
Intermediate proficiency in Systems Monitoring.
Beginner proficiency in Cloud Computing Concepts.
