Customer Experience Consultant - SCM

✅ Purpose of the Role
Ensure an exceptional customer experience by managing end-to-end SCM processes, resolving issues proactively, and driving continuous improvement in the supply chain.

✅ Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring smooth execution of shipments.
* Manage daily communication with strategic customers and internal teams.
* Monitor and update systems to maintain shipment visibility and traceability.
* Analyze and resolve incidents promptly, escalating when necessary.
* Participate in performance reviews and improvement projects.
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling logistics services.

✅ Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
* Experience: 2-4 years in international logistics, customer service, or account management. Reefer experience is a plus.
* Skills:
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Digital proficiency (Excel, Power BI, SCM platforms).
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
* Language: Intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written).
