Description du poste:

JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way.

Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong. Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.

As an Account Sourcing Buyer, you'll lead end-to-end RFx processes, execute regional sourcing strategies, and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal commercial outcomes for JLL and our clients. You'll manage the complete procurement lifecycle-from annual sourcing plan implementation through supplier performance monitoring-while leveraging sophisticated platforms like Jaggaer to drive efficiency and transparency. This role offers genuine impact through savings delivery, risk management, and strategic collaboration with operational and finance teams across the region. If you're a commercially astute procurement professional who thrives on building supplier relationships and delivering tangible business results, join us in shaping sourcing excellence across our diverse EMEA portfolio.

What You'll Do

* Lead sourcing project execution by implementing annual sourcing plans, undertaking comprehensive RFx processes, and conducting e-auctions through the Jaggaer platform to deliver optimal commercial outcomes
* Negotiate strategically with suppliers for the provision of goods and services, ensuring alignment with specific business requirements and driving value through effective commercial agreements
* Deliver and track savings across assigned projects, including hard savings, cost avoidance, and value-add initiatives such as working capital optimization and revenue generation opportunities
* Manage risk and compliance by identifying potential business risks, executing effective sourcing strategies, and collaborating closely with risk and compliance teams to maintain standards
* Administer the Strategic Sourcing Audit program to ensure compliance with JLL contracting, risk management, and procedural best practices across all account activities
* Monitor supplier performance through KPI and SLA tracking using appropriate JLL systems, supporting quarterly business reviews and supplier performance assessments as required
* Support regional sourcing programmes by providing input, feedback, and execution assistance for initiatives led by the Leadership and Management Team across EMEA accounts
* Provide procurement support to operational and finance teams, complete commercial due diligence, conduct cost analysis, and present tender results for internal sign-off and approval

What We're Looking For

* Strong procurement expertise with comprehensive understanding of end-to-end RFx projects, procurement activity cycles, and contracting processes from initiation through completion
* Commercial and analytical acumen with proven ability to achieve cost transparency in tenders, analyze supplier pricing structures, and identify savings opportunities effectively
* Negotiation and influencing capabilities combined with excellent interpersonal skills to build productive supplier relationships and secure favorable commercial terms
* Data-driven mindset with clear understanding of savings identification, analysis, tracking, and approval processes, supported by strong financial evaluation skills
* Exceptional organizational abilities to prioritize projects effectively, manage fluctuating demands across multiple accounts, and demonstrate flexibility in dynamic environments
* Customer service orientation with commitment to solving requests and problems while maintaining strong collaboration, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams) with ability to create compelling presentations and comprehensive analysis
* Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) with additional Western European language capabilities preferred; demonstrates attention to detail and strong follow-through on commitments
