THE WORK

In this role, you will contribute to shaping the future of data by acting as a subject matter expert and collaborating with various teams across the organization. You will help make key, impact-driven decisions while providing innovative, pragmatic solutions to emerging challenges. Your experience in data modeling techniques and methodologies will support the continuous enhancement of data strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Defining and implementing data migration and data modernization architecture.
* Analyzing and assessing the performance of data systems and recommending improvements.
* Designing end-to-end data products and applications tailored to specific business needs.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* Experience working with data modeling techniques and methodologies.
* Background in designing or supporting data migration and/or modernization processes.
* Ability to evaluate and optimize performance of data systems.
* Experience designing data products or data-driven applications aligned to business needs.
* Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional or multi-disciplinary teams.
* Familiarity with modern cloud-based data ecosystems or enterprise data platforms.
