* Partner with our internal Talent Sourcing hub to find & attract passive candidates, and to build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
* Screen applications and conduct first interviews that are structured, human, and focused on real capability
* Keep the process moving: coordinate interview steps, support stakeholders, and remove friction where it slows hiring down
* Maintain accurate candidate tracking and recruitment administration to ensure a smooth, compliant, and auditable process
* Use data and market insight to improve key hiring indicators and continuously refine how you attract and engage talent
* Contribute to tools and process improvement projects, and have opportunities to join Europe-wide or global Talent Acquisition projects
