We are looking for a Global Mobility Personal Income Tax Solutions Expert with strong client advisory experience to join our Global Mobility Tax Research team at Mercer Services in Warsaw (al. Jerozolimskie 98, Nimbus office). This hybrid role requires working onsite at least three days a week.
In this role, you will leverage your deep knowledge of Personal Income Tax structures and regulations across multiple countries to provide expert advice and tailored solutions to our global corporate clients. You will work closely with international markets, understanding the nuances of PIT in different jurisdictions, and help design innovative tax solutions that meet our clients' complex needs.
What you will do:
* Advise global clients on Personal Income Tax matters, delivering practical, compliant solutions tailored to their international workforce.
* Transform client needs into innovative Tax and Economic Research products, collaborating closely with the Global Mobility Product Owner and cross-functional teams.
* Translate complex tax regulations and concepts into user-friendly tools, calculators, and insightful reports.
* Deliver accurate tax and cost projections across multiple jurisdictions, supporting seamless implementation of new tax laws.
* Optimize and enhance existing tools such as Excel models and calculators to improve reporting and data analysis.
* Mentor junior colleagues, contributing to the successful delivery of multiple high-quality products annually.
* Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to streamline processes and elevate client service within the Global Mobility and Tax teams.
* Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through proactive communication, expert guidance, and a commitment to excellence.
What we expect from you:
* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Personal Income Tax advisory, global mobility tax, payroll, or related fields within an international or local environment.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Law, Taxation, or a related discipline.
* Strong knowledge of Personal Income Tax with a willingness to learn about different jurisdictions.
* Relevant professional qualifications in tax, payroll, or accounting are a plus.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Experience managing projects and collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with a readiness to learn new tools.
