BDS Finance ERP Product Manager

Job Description:
* Product Management overall accountability, in including lifecycle management for services and products. This will involve management of both Associate & partner resourcing
* Managing vendor relationships and defining requirements of the vendor services
* Provide regular reports to product consumers
* Directly influencing the development and deployment of the product
* Establish KPIs for products and oversee regular and ongoing data analysis to inform product evolution
* Escalation point for any business demands, working with a variety of stakeholders across MGS & the segments.
* Engage and collaborate, developing productive ways of working with other internal DT teams (for example: Platform, Database, Security, Processing, Deployment, Development, other BCF towers in BDS, etc.)
* Budget management for all product area and functions
* Role model agile behaviours & methods with customers and peers
* Engage, build & develop the team to be positioned to contribute to forthcoming transformation projects in the ERP space.
What are we looking for?
* Experience working on SAP IT Products and Services, particularly in the Finance area.
* Experience of Financial Operations as a business process would be useful to have.
* Flexible, agile learner, ready to develop their functional skillset in an area which is evolving & digitalising quickly
* Functional & technical knowledge in ERP solutions
* Demonstrate people leadership capability, particularly in a remote & global environment
* Able to negotiate & collaborate with stakeholders to set priorities for themselves & the team
* Financial and Budget management experience
* Good stakeholder management & communications skills
* Experience in vendor management
* ITIL, PMI, Agile, DevOps, Scrum certifications will be a plus

What will be your key responsibilities?
* Lead, engage and develop the Associate & partner team to run & enhance the existing ERP services
* Develop capability in themselves & the team to meet the challenges we expect from ERP transformation over the coming years
* Work with our MGS Finance & other Digital Technologies stakeholders (include partners) to increase the efficiency & resilience of our key business processes such as Period End Close, and to enhance & simplify our change processes
* Build a trusting, collaborative 'One Team' relationship with key stakeholders within the team and elsewhere in Mars.
