Role Profile:

As part of our dynamic Customer Success team, you'll play a pivotal role in helping trading and financial services clients across Central and Eastern Europe unlock the full value of LSEG solutions. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand client challenges, and translate insights into actionable strategies will be key to driving adoption, retention, and long-term success.

Role Summary:
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to trading and financial services clients, ensuring they gain maximum value from LSEG solutions. You'll drive adoption and retention through strategic engagement, proactive risk management, and collaboration with internal teams to reflect customer needs in product development. Success will require strong relationship-building skills, the ability to translate client challenges into actionable insights, and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Develop and execute customer success strategies that drive adoption and retention.
* Lead tailored client engagements through virtual meetings, training sessions, and digital content.
* Monitor product usage and feedback to identify improvements, mitigate risks, and uncover growth opportunities.
* Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure customer perspectives shape product enhancements.
* Represent LSEG at industry events and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

What You'll Bring:
* Proven experience in customer success, client relationship management, pre-sales, or trading - ideally in financial services.
* Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences, including senior executives.
* Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to navigate complex client challenges.
* Collaborative approach and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Languages: Fluency in English and Turkish; Polish or Russian is a plus.
* Education: Degree in Financial Markets, Economics, Business, or related field preferred.
* Familiarity with domains such as Trading, Investment Banking, Commodities & Energy, or Wealth Management.

Career Stage:Senior Associate

Compensation Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between zł130,200 - zł217,200. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan, aligned with the company policy. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
