Portfolio Analytics supports the Client in making strategic decisions regarding their real estate portfolio. The Analyst will primarily be responsible for conducting financial analysis and portfolio strategy analysis to support strategy documents. Additionally, the Analyst will aid in the development of new reports and processes for both the team and the client.

What this job involves:

* Supporting the Client to shape their RE/portfolio strategy
* Provide best in class services to the JLL stakeholders and clients
* Contribute to continuous improvement opportunities, development of tools and services
* Work as part of a wider JLL Account team servicing a client; collaborating with other BU's and delivering results for another team member who leads the project
* Manage complex client relationships, and deliver high standard of workplace innovation and implementation strategies
* Collecting and analyzing data
* Supporting data driven decisions, processes
* Data analytics incl. occupancy supply vs demand analysis
* Financial (P&L) modelling
* Coordination of key projects, incl. data gathering, analytics and visualization
* Preparing Client-facing documentation: PowerPoint presentations with analyses summary, key findings and recommendations

Requirements:

* Analytical, visualization and presentation skills
* Organizational skills
* Result oriented
* Able to work independently
* MS Office proficiency (Excel and PPT)
* Real Estate / Finance / Economics background
* Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability of data analysis and reporting
* Team player / Collaborative
