Test&Validation Team Leader - Starters & Alternators (M/F/D)

At the Valeo plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice, we manufacture powertrain systems that support the reduction of fuel consumption and lower exhaust emissions. This includes starters, air throttles, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valves, electromechanical actuators, and innovative electric drives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Technical lead of LV testing / expertise - Starters, alternators, clutches, HVAC
* Defines the LV product test strategy based on Customer and Valeo standards and specifications.
* Manage test on cars and reproduction test in laboratory environmental.
* Supports the project team for compatibility matrix & risk analysis, with contribution of the product family validation standard owner.
* Documents Validation plan including functional & expertise test plan.
* Plans & quotes with the R&D PTM all necessary actions to run the design validation (characterization, reliability), potential external test costs.
* Coordinates all product integrations and validation activities (functional, expertise, environmental, mechanics, test on cars, fitting tests).
* Development of test equipment to be align with testing and safety requirements.
* Manage validation staff ~6 engineers

Requirements:
* Education: Degree in Engineering
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in a testing environment
* Skills: Strong problem-solving, creative thinking, and communication skills, very good knowledge of Electro-Mechanical principles
* Languages: Proficiency in English and Polish
* Mindset: Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams, strong problem-solving skills and the ability of creative thinking
