THE WORK
* Produce clear, accurate, and engaging written and visual documentation to support training and operational needs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical insights, validate information, and ensure content accuracy.
* Apply visual design principles to improve the appeal, clarity, and effectiveness of technical materials.
* Become a subject matter expert in the Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) solution and contribute actively to team discussions and problem-solving.
* Continuously collect and apply feedback to refine and enhance documentation quality.
* Operate effectively within an Agile framework, contributing to iterative improvements and timely deliverables.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
* Advanced proficiency in technical writing, ability to produce structured, accurate, and engaging content for technical and training audiences.
* Proficiency in training visual design - skilled in using design principles to support comprehension and retention.
* Strong command of Google Workspace tools, especially Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets.
* Technical knowledge of Google Cloud Infrastructure and distributed cloud environments.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and consistency.
* Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
* Adaptability and agility to work within dynamic project timelines and priorities.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
* LDAP enabled required: as this role would need to start immediately upon client approval, ensuring smooth onboarding and rapid engagement.
* Experience with Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) solutions or similar hybrid/air-gapped environments.
* Background in technical content creation for cloud platforms or enterprise infrastructure.
* Familiarity with video editing tools and annotation software.
* Experience working in Agile project environments.
