WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

* Candidate with University degree preferably in Engineering, Administration, Materials Science or Management
* Experience in operations area or projects coordination is an asset
* Fluent English
* A problem-solver able to plan the work and prioritize the tasks
* A proactive professional who focuses on improvements and solutions
* An independent person who can take ownership
* A great communicator, able to connect and engage with people of various cultures, professional backgrounds and seniority
* An analytical mindset
* MS Excel knowledge is a must
* Knowledge of Power BI would be a strong asset
* Basic knowledge on standards related to product specification, quality standards and tools used for data analysis, issues investigation, manufacturing specifications knowledge

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

* Carries out all tasks in full compliance with the related PMI Principles & Practices, standards and laws & regulations and Environmental, Health & Safety norms in order to maintain sustainable legal compliance in all these areas
* Ensures data correctness during manufacturing specification maintenance and provides required data to identify root cause and prevent data incorrectness
* Ensures that defined actions are implemented and escalates specification issues internally
* Participates in projects related to specification maintenance
* Propose, builds and ensures processes standardization and optimization for dedicated scope of plans
* Manufacturing specification execution / administration by in performing manufacturing specifications activities, establishing master data, following all standard processes, and ensuring alignment within specyfic products
* Executes maintenance of documents and procedures related to specification management
* Executes system tests and provides data for receiving system testing
* Training activities: trains new team members
* Implements specification changes related to project rollout
* Coordinates implementation of changes relates to project roll out with factories
* Monitors and analyses data to ensure specification correctness for selected plants
* Coordinates maintenance of local product specification by external service provider and ensures that specification service is provided in accordance to procedures & agreements for standard tasks
