Your Day to Day

* Collaboration with markets with the medium process complexity
* Continuously monitor inventory levels between SAP and front-end systems to ensure data consistency
* Verify stock allocations and transfers are reflected accurately in both systems.
* Perform stock transfers in the system after inventory allocation
* Ensure all transfers are completed within the required timelines and support timely product sales
* Identify and investigate any discrepancies between SAP and LSP or front-end system
* Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues and ensure accurate inventory records
* Track the progress of inventory transfers and ensure products are delivered on time
* Proactively address delays or disruptions in the supply chain to minimize impact on sales
* Prepare regular reports on inventory reconciliation status and identified discrepancies
* Maintain clear documentation of all inventory adjustments and transfer activities
* Suggest and assist IT with improvements implementation to streamline the inventory reconciliation process
* Work with IT or systems administrators to address technical challenges or systems inefficiencies

What are we looking for

* University degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics/Production Engineering or related field
* At least 1 year of professional experience in cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Warehouse, Inventory Control, or similar position
* Experience in using inventory management software and ERP systems, including WMS and SAP (MRP, SAP P1)
* Proficiency in MS Office tools - especially MS Excel
* Experience in using Front-end systems (Cegid) would be an asset
* Fluent English speaker - both written and spoken
