Role Profile
We are seeking a PMO Manager to support the Workflows business within the Data & Analytics (D&A) division. This business is focused on delivering workflow-centric solutions and comprehensive, trusted data capabilities to customers across the financial ecosystem.
The PMO Manager role is accountable for establishing and sustaining strong delivery discipline, effective ways of working, and a clear execution cadence across complex initiatives. The PMO Manager will partner closely with Transformation Leads, Programme Managers and senior stakeholders to ensure delivery flows smoothly from planning through execution, with clear visibility of progress, risks, dependencies, financials and outcomes.
This is a hands-on role, combining PMO leadership, delivery oversight and continuous improvement of execution practices across the D&A Workflows business, playing a critical role in translating strategy into predictable, well-governed delivery.
Key Accountabilities
* Establish and maintain a clear cadence for planning, tracking, review and escalation across Workflows programmes.
* Proactively identify delivery bottlenecks, dependencies and risks impacting flow, and drive resolution with delivery leads.
* Own the end-to-end PMO governance model for Workflows, aligned to D&A and Group standards.
* Ensure high-quality, executive-ready reporting across status, milestones, dependencies, risks and financials.
* Provide clear insight and narrative for senior forums (e.g. Portfolio Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews) - not just data.
* Act as a key interface between Transformation, Product, Technology, Finance and central governance teams.
* Enable alignment across multiple workstreams, ensuring priorities, decisions and actions are clearly understood and followed through.
* Support senior transformation leaders with structured, forward-looking views of delivery progress and issues.
* Define, implement and continuously improve PMO processes, standards and artefacts, driving efficiency and consistency.
* Ensure consistent use of delivery and PMO tooling (e.g. Clarity, Jira/ADO, Asana), reinforcing data quality and delivery discipline.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a PMO Manager / Senior PMO / Programme Delivery Manager.
* Strong understanding of financial forecasting, delivery governance, workflow management and execution cadence.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI, with experience producing executive-level reporting.
* Hands-on experience with delivery and PMO tooling (e.g. Clarity, Jira, Asana or similar).
