We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager - GBS, who will lead the design and execution of talent acquisition strategies that align with PMI's smoke-free vision and GBS's mission to deliver integrated, cost-efficient, and high-quality services. This role ensures end-to-end recruitment excellence across multiple functions and geographies, leveraging technology, data, and market insights to attract top talent and enhance candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Accountabilities:
Planning & Delivery
* Define and implement TA strategy aligned with GBS priorities.
* Translate strategy into actionable TA plans covering sourcing, assessment, employer branding and early careers.
* Partner with P&C, Finance, and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and allocate resources effectively.
* Operational Excellence
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes ensuring consistency and high-quality experience.
* Drive process standardization across regions and functions, leveraging technology and data analytics.
* Monitor TA performance metrics, budgets, and vendor spend to ensure efficiency and cost control.
* Audit of systems and processes to ensure compliance with PMI standards
* Capacity and resource management of global recruiters
* Maintain global of hiring status via operational TA dashboards
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
* Develop and execute in collaboration with the employer branding team, initiatives to position PMI as an employer of choice.
* Review GBS candidate attraction plans and ensure a first-class candidate experience.
Team Leadership & Development
* Lead and develop a team of global recruiters, setting clear goals and tracking progress against TA OGSMs.
* Upskilling of recruiters and setting minimum capability standards
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and digital adoption within TA operations.
* Provide coaching and training to hiring managers on selection best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align TA delivery with business needs.
* Represent TA in cross-functional projects and contribute to GBS transformation initiatives (ERP, AI, process digitization).
* Represent GTAD at senior leadership meetings
We're looking for someone with:
* Significant experience in Talent Acquisition within a multinational environment in a people management or leadership role.
* Strong project management skills and experience with large-scale transformation initiatives.
* Data-driven mindset with proficiency in TA and HR technology.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent in English
