Job Description

We are looking for a Procurement Business Process Owner - Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM) to define and evolve data-driven supplier processes at Philips.
This role is ideal for a process leader with strong data and master-data awareness, who enjoys working in complex, global environments.

Your responsibilities
* Own and design end-to-end Supplier Lifecycle Management processes
* Define future-state process vision with strong data foundations
* Lead and develop a team (approx. 5-10 people)
* Drive process adoption and data quality across Procurement
* Support digital and data-enabled transformation initiatives
* Work closely with Procurement leadership and internal stakeholders

What we are looking for
* Experience in process ownership, transformation, or change management
* Strong understanding of master data / data-heavy environments
* Ability to simplify complex, data-driven processes
* Digital mindset and structured way of working
* People leadership experience
* Procurement background is beneficial but not mandatory
