You will own a portfolio of People Analytics products and ensure they deliver business value, a strong user experience, and reliable, secure insights.
You will work closely with P&C stakeholders, IT, Data & Analytics teams, and external partners to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions. As the product owner, you will be responsible for product strategy, backlog management, delivery oversight, adoption, and continuous improvement.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

* University degree or equivalent experience
* Experience in Data & Analytics, HR Technology, BI, Product Management or a related field
* Strong understanding of HR data and how people insights support business decision-making
* Experience managing product backlogs and delivering products using Agile methodologies
* Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and work effectively with both business and technical teams
* Customer-focused mindset with an ability to simplify complex problems and design practical solutions
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
* Analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving and decision-making
* Understanding of data governance, data quality, security, and access management
* Ability to work in a fast-changing environment, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes
* Exposure to AI-powered products, analytics solutions, or AI product management is a strong advantage
* Experience leading people, or an aspiration to grow into people leadership, is a plus

* In this position you will earn no less that 21 845 gross monthly

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

* Own the lifecycle of People Analytics products, including dashboards, reporting & analytics solutions (e.g. P&C DataLand), and emerging AI-enabled capabilities
* Gather and translate business requirements into clear product specifications and priorities
* Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, user needs, risks, and delivery capacity
* Lead end-to-end product delivery, from ideation and design through testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancement
* Drive stakeholder alignment and act as the primary point of contact for owned products
* Monitor adoption, product performance, and user feedback to continuously improve solutions
* Identify opportunities to enhance analytics products through automation, AI, and improved user experiences
* Ensure data quality, security, governance, and compliance requirements are met
* Collaborate with other product leaders to maintain a consistent People Analytics product strategy and roadmap
