Location: Warsaw, Poland

As Patient Advocacy Manager - CSE MCO within our Corporate Affairs team, you'll lead the implementation of high-priority patient advocacy projects across Central South Europe, with a particular focus on Poland - helping ensure the patient voice shapes our strategy at every level. Corporate Affairs oversees Sanofi's internal and external engagements and builds Sanofi's reputation as a trusted partner in the healthcare ecosystem. The team drives "One Sanofi Voice" with key external stakeholders - including patient organisations, healthcare professionals, scientific committees, political stakeholders, and governments - while embedding sustainability into Sanofi's strategy and operations. Patient Advocacy is a critical transversal success factor for our Pharma and Vaccines business, and within the CSE MCO, this role plays a pivotal part in translating our integrated patient strategy into real-world impact.

Main responsibilities
* Lead the execution and follow-up of priority projects within the CSE MCO Patient Advocacy strategy, including the CSE Patient Platform, the role of Patient Advocacy Groups (PAGs) in clinical trials, and capability building programs across MCO markets.
* Manage end-to-end operational implementation of MCO advocacy projects, coordinating closely with the Corporate Affairs community at both MCO and country level, as well as cross-functional partners including legal, procurement, and external/business intelligence teams.
* Provide hands-on support to local Corporate Affairs teams in implementing advocacy activities, ensuring day-to-day coordination and roadmap execution with consistent community alignment.
* Organize and facilitate patient advocacy programs focused on education, diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment - contributing to improved patient care across the CSE MCO perimeter.
* Champion Integrated Patient Engagement (IPE) internally, driving enhanced understanding of its strategic importance and ensuring the patient voice is represented at the highest organizational levels.
* Represent the CSE MCO within the global IPE community, sharing MCO project updates and bringing back best practices and new ideas from outside the region.
* Operate with consistently high ethical and professional standards in all interactions with the patient advocacy community.

About you
Experience:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a Public Affairs or Patient Advocacy role
* Experience in an external advocacy position is a strong advantage
* Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizations and build meaningful relationships with diverse stakeholders
Soft and Technical Skills:
* Ability to implement strategies and communicate them in a compelling, accessible way
* Strong operational planning skills with the ability to translate corporate priorities into relevant policy projects and advocacy initiatives
* Passion for quality and efficiency, with a results-oriented, "can-do" attitude and strong organizational skills
* Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and intercultural skills
* Creative and innovative mindset with an appetite for simplification and cross-functional collaboration
* Ability to motivate others and build enthusiasm around shared objectives
* Comfort with managing ambiguity and a genuine openness to learning
Education:
* Relevant degree in public affairs, political science, life sciences, communications, or a related field
Languages:
* Fluency in English and Polish required

The salary range for this position is :zł214 080,00 - zł285 440
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs
