The Partner Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with partners to drive mutual success and ensure alignment with Sage's objectives. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.

*** Please note that this role is hybrid and will require you to work 3 days a week from our Lisbon, Portugal office. ***
Responsibilities:

Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Partner Enablement and Support
- Provide partners with training, resources, and updates on products, programs, and campaigns to maximize engagement and success.

Performance Monitoring
- Track partner performance metrics (revenue, pipeline, KPIs) and conduct regular business reviews to ensure targets are met.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to execute joint initiatives and go-to-market strategies.

Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on partner performance, forecast accuracy, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Health and Safety Responsibilities
- Fostering the safety culture by leading with your own example.
- Following established safety procedures and promptly reporting potential hazards to maintain a secure and efficient workplace.
- Participating in safety training sessions and adhering to preventive guidelines and procedures to minimize risks and protect yourself and your colleagues.
