Six Senses Douro Valley are currently seeking an experienced Head Pastry Chef to join the team.
If you have the legal right to work in Portugal, speak fluent Portuguese and English, enjoy being creative and experimental, and keen to work with an amazing and unique Pastry team, then come join us!
Below are a few duties you will be expected to do:
* Check guest profiles and guest history prior to the guest arrival and be familiar with all the information.
Menus and signature dishes will be constantly assessed to remain relevant and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices and with seasonal availability, while Destination Dining experiences will reflect this innovation and creativity from a culinary sense.
* Guidance is provided to relevant pastry team on standard portion control and appealing presentation of all dishes.
* Interact with guests in a professional, courteous and positive manner and proactively seek feedback.

Due to our location, it is vital that you have your own car to be able to get to and from the property.
