Technology Strategy Manager

Key Responsibilities
* Lead technology strategy and digital transformation workstreams from problem definition to strategic recommendations
* Understand client business strategy and operational challenges, translating them into technology strategies and transformation initiatives that drive value creation
* Translate business ambition into coherent technology strategies, digital transformation roadmaps, and prioritized initiatives
* Lead qualitative and quantitative analyses related to business performance, digital capabilities, and value realization
* Assess global, economic, technology, and social trends to identify business-relevant strategic opportunities and risks
* Define technology-enabled strategic programs across business functions to optimize performance
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business priorities and technology enablement
* Coach and develop team members, ensuring structured strategic thinking and high-quality outputs

Job Qualifications
* Extensive experience in strategy consulting, technology strategy, or digital transformation, either in a top-tier consulting firm and/or in-house strategy role
* Strong business acumen, with a proven ability to leverage technology as a catalyst for business transformation and value creation
* Experience defining technology or digital strategies and transformation roadmaps (strategy-focused, not delivery-focused)
* Ability to engage confidently with both business leaders and technology stakeholders
* Natural leadership and strong communication skills
* Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese
