We are looking for an Oracle HCM Developer to join our team and support the development and maintenance of HR solutions based on the Oracle HCM platform. This role is ideal for professionals with 1 to 4 years of experience who want to grow in an international environment, working closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reliable and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities Oracle HCM Development Develop and maintain solutions within the Oracle HCM environment Configure and customize modules according to business and HR requirements Analyze and resolve technical issues and system defects Support the implementation of enhancements and new functionalities Analysis & Problem Solving Collaborate with functional teams to understand HR processes and requirements Translate business needs into technical solutions Investigate and troubleshoot technical and data-related issues Collaboration & Agile Delivery Work within Agile teams, participating in ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Meetings, and Retrospectives Collaborate with HR teams, developers, and project stakeholders Contribute to continuous improvement of development and delivery practices Required Skills & Experience 1-4 years of experience in Oracle HCM development Good understanding of HR processes and HR data models Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues independently Experience working in Agile environments French - C1 English - B2
