Supports the development, improvements and deployment of Quality Management systems and tools.

Responsibilities
- Assurance of Subsea (I&C) Installation & Construction Quality and Continuous Improvement processes according to standards and regulations;
- Development, maintenance and update of I&C Quality processes and documentation;
- Maintenance and update of I&C department web platforms, including Sharepoint content;
- Monitor, analyze and report department KPIs (Key Performance Indicator), supporting monthly Obeya meetings with relevant data and insights;
- Coordinate and follow-up I&C training activities, ensuring training completion and maintenance of training registers;
- Support internal and external audit activities, assisting in preparation, follow-up and action tracking;
- Monitoring and follow-up on Client Satisfaction Surveys;
- Support RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and other continuous improvement related initiatives;
- Promotion of a Quality-driven mindset in the department.

You are meant for this job if:

Requirements:
Master's degree in Engineering or related field
2-3 of experience with quality processes, preferably within Oil & Gas industry;
Lean and other continuous improvement methodologies knowledge;
Experience and knowledge in Microsoft Sharepoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI, Intelex and GBPMS is desirable;
Understanding of ISO 9001 requirements;
Experience in conducting internal audits is a plus.
