Description du poste:

At AstraZeneca, we are committed to transforming the lives of patients through science. In Oncology, this means working in partnership with healthcare systems, clinicians, and decision-makers to improve outcomes, enable earlier diagnosis, and enhance the patient journey.
We are looking for a Key Account Partner to join our Oncology team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating clinical demand for AstraZeneca's Oncology brands within key accounts, identifying business opportunities, and building strategic, long-term partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem. You will work closely with multidisciplinary stakeholders to understand local needs, shape account strategies, and deliver solutions that improve quality of care and support appropriate patient access to treatment.
The role requires a strong combination of scientific credibility, commercial acumen, and account management capability. You will engage with stakeholders across the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT), Decision-Making Unit (DMU), and wider healthcare environment, using a deep understanding of the patient journey, treatment pathways, and local systems to create mutual value.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and deliver local account strategies that strengthen the positioning of AstraZeneca's Oncology portfolio and support business objectives. You will build collaborative partnerships with healthcare professionals and other relevant stakeholders, co-creating initiatives that optimise the patient journey, promote earlier diagnosis, and enhance quality of care.
You will engage Oncology healthcare professionals in scientific and clinical dialogue around approved indications, efficacy and safety data, and treatment protocols to support appropriate on-label prescribing. You will also use a range of communication approaches and channels to build understanding of AstraZeneca's overall Oncology value proposition among relevant stakeholders.
Working cross-functionally with colleagues in areas such as Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Diagnostics, and Compliance, you will align insights and expertise to address the specific needs of individual accounts. Alongside this, you will drive sales performance, contribute to forecasting, manage budgets effectively, and ensure all activity is delivered in line with external regulations and internal policies.

Essential requirements
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree and advanced English language capability. You should bring solid experience in secondary care pharmaceutical sales, including relevant experience in Oncology, together with a strong understanding of account management in complex healthcare environments.
You will have a proven track record of engaging and influencing a broad range of stakeholders, including mid- and senior-level healthcare professionals, key accounts, and members of the medical community. Experience working with stakeholders such as MDTs, pharmacy teams, clinical directors, and hospital administration will be important.
You should also be able to demonstrate the ability to understand, assimilate, and communicate scientific information and health economic outcomes data, as well as experience working successfully across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, learning agility, decision-making and problem-solving capability, a customer solution-oriented mindset, and confidence in navigating complex decision-making environments.

Desirable requirements
A degree in Science and prior Oncology sales experience would be advantageous.

Why AstraZeneca?
At AstraZeneca, you'll be part of a company that puts patients first and science at the heart of every decision. You'll have the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment, contributing to meaningful partnerships that improve patient care and shape outcomes across the Oncology landscape.
This is a role for someone who is motivated by impact, thrives in complexity, and wants to help position AstraZeneca as the partner of choice in improving the patient journey and quality of care.
