He is focused on quality while providing a reliable and trustworthy services in areas of custom software development covering digital products and services development, cloud transformations and data related services (analytics, engineering and science). In the past Marek has held also an array of positions within areas of Technology Consulting, Forensics Technology Services and Data Analytics.

Job description & summary

An experienced Tech Lead / Full Stack Developer to lead our development and QA team. This individual will serve as both a hands-on technical contributor and a team leader, guiding delivery across our existing application suite. The team's primary focus lies in developing software applications for the financial and industry sectors. These applications empower both internal and external clients by automating their processes. Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and QA team, providing technical direction, code oversight, and ownership of the overall software delivery process
* Contribute hands-on to full stack development across the front end and back end
* Provide input on application architecture and infrastructure
* Enforce development best practices, coding standards, and review processes
* Provide hands-on live support during critical periods, including incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution

Requirements of the role

* Front End: React.js (component architecture, state management, modern patterns)
* Back End: .NET (C#, REST API development, service-layer design, SQL Server)
* Infrastructure / Architecture: Cloud infrastructure (Azure), IaaS and VM-based deployment and management
* DevOps: CI/CD pipeline design and management, build automation, release management
* 10+ years of full-stack software development experience
* Proven experience leading development teams in a technical lead or senior developer role
* Experience leading or contributing to application modernization efforts such as legacy system migration, re-platforming, and .NET library/framework upgrades
* Hands-on experience with infrastructure including cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, deployment strategies

Nice to Have
* Prior experience working in distributed and cross-functional teams
* Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
* Familiarity with microservices architecture
