As Medical Engagment Manager - Launches within our Launch Medical team, you'll develop and implement local medical strategies for novel therapies while establishing scientific leadership with key stakeholders. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:
* Drive pre-launch medical activities in collaboration with Commercial, Public Affairs, and Market Access teams to ensure successful local product launches in Transplant and Multiple Myeloma
* Identify local evidence gaps and lead the execution of evidence generation plans to support regulatory submissions, reimbursement, and product value propositions
* Develop patient pathways, journeys, and support solutions that improve patient experience and outcomes while meeting strategic objectives
* Design screening and monitoring strategies by partnering with healthcare ecosystem players, including data registries, diagnostic providers, and centers of excellence
* Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders including KOLs, DOLs, scientific societies, patient advocacy groups, policy makers, payers, and HTA bodies
* Execute state-of-the-art, multi-channel stakeholder engagement leveraging omnichannel approaches including field engagement, educational programs, digital platforms, and social media
* Stay current on therapy area developments, medical unmet needs, clinical practice guidelines, patient journeys, and competitive landscape to provide expert knowledge to internal and external stakeholders

About you
* Experience: Significant experience in medical affairs with proven track record in shaping therapy area strategies, medical insights gathering, building strategic partnerships, medical education, data dissemination, and omnichannel KOL engagement
* Therapeutic expertise: Deep understanding of Transplant and/or Multiple Myeloma, including medical unmet needs, clinical practice guidelines, patient journey, and competitive landscape
* Strategic skills: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement medical strategies across launch and post-launch periods, with strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities
* Stakeholder engagement: Recognized expert with significant network within the medical community and proven ability to establish credibility with scientific leaders
* Technical competencies: Experience with evidence generation planning, patient pathway development, and GXP-compliant medical inquiry management
* Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to deliver compelling scientific narratives across multiple channels

The salary range for this position is :Kč1 136 340,00 - Kč1 514 820
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs
