The Mission
As a System Administrator (SysAdmin), you will be an integral member of an agile Scrum team, working collaboratively to ensure the secure, reliable, and high-performing operation of large-scale enterprise applications in the areas of Customer Communications Management (CCM) and Business Process Management (BPM).

We are seeking an enthusiastic and curious SysAdmin with a passion for understanding how complex systems work under the hood. You enjoy solving intricate technical challenges, continuously improving the environments you support, and collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders. Your day to day
* In charge with keeping the platform up and running (Install and upgrade features, apply patches etc.)
* Patch/Release Management (e.g., Apache Tomcat ≥ 9.0.106), including downtime planning.
* Administration and migration of Oracle databases, transition to Linux from Solaris.
* Control document processes using Automic (UC4); monitoring via Icinga; ticketing in ServiceNow and Azure.
* Access and security management (CyberArk, NPA, Approval Regime); securing M2M communication environments.
* Incident/Problem handling and close coordination with business units and vendors.
* Identify opportunities for automations and improvements

What you'll bring to the team
* Several years of experience in system/database administration and production-related operations.
* Knowledge of security assessment (CVEs, DoS/performance risks) and regulated change/release processes.
* Strong communication and coordination skills for complex migrations and releases.
* Experience with Linux operating system
* Enthusiastic personality, enjoying working in a multi-cultural environment
* Wiliness to learn and experiment new technologies
* Proficient in English (verbal and writing)
Tech Stack & Tools
* Apache Tomcat, Oracle DB, Linux / SUN/Solaris (legacy), Automic (UC4), Icinga, ServiceNow, Azure, CyberArk.
