We are seeking a Junior Frontend Developer with React individual to join our MMB Analytics team at Marsh. This role will be based in Cluj, Romania. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
You will join a specialist analytics and web development team focused on delivering intuitive, user-centred web interfaces that surface analytics to internal and external stakeholders. In this role you will work closely with product owners, designers and other developers to build front-end features that bring our analytics products to life and improve the user experience.
We will count on you to:
* Build analytics-focused front-end features and components using React.
* Integrate with BI tools, libraries and Web APIs to retrieve and present data in web interfaces.
* Collaborate with product owners and designers to translate business vision and UX requirements into functional front-end solutions.
* Write unit tests and follow development best practices to ensure a robust, maintainable codebase.
What you need to have:
* 1-2 years' practical experience building web applications with React.
* Experience working with Web APIs to consume and handle data.
* Solid debugging and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with Agile development and the full software development life cycle.
