What You'll Do

* Design and implement effective business processes to improve operational efficiency
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
* Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
* Facilitate workshops and discussions to foster process innovation and gather feedback
* Support the development and documentation of process workflows, standards, and guidelines

What You'll Bring

* Advanced proficiency in Italian (spoken and written)
* Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Design
* Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools
* At least 1 year of relevant experience
* A Bachelor's degree in a related field

* Intermediate proficiency in Business Model Strategy
* Intermediate proficiency in Requirements Analysis
