We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Benefits Management Technology Team at Mercer, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Cluj-Napoca and is a hybrid position requiring at least three days a week onsite. The GBM team supports benefits consultants globally by coordinating benefits products and administration, maintaining GBM systems, and delivering high-quality service in a multicultural environment.

The Product Specialist will work closely with the Product Owner team. Overall the Product Specialist will contribute to strategic goals, support product development, monitor product usage and gather feedback using Pendo, partner with team members and business stakeholders, test and analyse system configuration (User Acceptance Testing) and provide ad hoc support to other Product Owner team members.

We will count on you to:
* Support BYG and BM mailboxes - ongoing monitoring, response to all emails within 24 hours, escalating issues as required to L2 team, PO team, etc, and proactively monitoring for completion, organizing cover for mailboxes during annual leave
* Monitor incoming BM support tickets to see if they can be resolved or if they will need to be escalated to the development team and identified as a platform bug
* Support product development - story development, backlog grooming, prioritization of items for inclusion in releases; UAT pre and post releases; preparing release notes and supporting content/materials; providing training as required
* Investigate potential BM bugs and work with the PO or development team to resolve them
* Conduct demos and training for colleagues, and support the change management process to ensure that new features/capabilities are embedded by all teams including local broker teams
* Conduct system audits when required (i.e. checks if information in Pendo features are up to date, ad-hoc audits i.e. policy period, label check etc.)

What you need to have:
* 1-3 years of experience in Product Specialist or similar roles.
* Proficiency with Figma, Pendo, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Experience working in an Agile environment.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities
