Your Role:
* Turn no into yes: When a customer declines our offer, you'll step in - calling them to understand their hesitation, address objections, and win them back;
* Own the customer journey: Guide the customer through the process and successfully schedule a final evaluation at one of our 60 branches in Spain;
* Drive Sales by converting interest into action;
* Maintain trust and make the difference that turns leads into loyal customers. As the first point of contact you will ensure that our client's needs are consistently exceeded.

Your Skills:
* Language Proficiency: Fluent written and spoken Spanish; Intermediate English skills.
* Communication Excellence: Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
* Adaptability: Thrive in repetitive environments with a methodical approach.
* Experience: Background in Telesales, Customer Service with product placement or Collections, outbound calls
* Will be considered a plus: a genuine interest in the automotive industry.
