Your Mission
Ensuring and tracking deliveries to customers
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Order Management:
* Processes customer orders received via EDI, e-mail, or fax and verifies their correct integration into SAP.
* Monitors demand fluctuations (sudden increases/decreases), analyzes the impact, and reports regularly.
* Ensures consistency and continuity of customer demand and communicates any non-conformities.
2. Planning and Delivery:
* Proposes the monthly forecast based on customer orders and ensures weekly follow-up.
* Contributes to the definition of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and monitors compliance with it.
* Monitors finished goods inventory levels and proposes adjustments (calibration between demand and production).
* Participates in defining and updating transport schemes and organizes deliveries in accordance with contractual requirements.
* Tracks delivery performance to the customer (Scorecard).
3. Legal and Fiscal Responsibilities:
* Ensures timely declaration of deliveries in the UIT system, in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
* Ensures the accuracy of transport documents and generated invoices (customer data, prices, parity, Incoterms).
* Collaborates with the finance department to validate and correctly issue customer invoices.
4. Customer Relationship and New Project Launch:
* Receives complaints, communicates them internally, and together with the multidisciplinary team undertakes the problem-solving process (8D).
* Completes / declares official logistics incidents in QIM and in the local database.
* Actively participates in the launch phase of new projects, evaluates / creates the necessary documentation during the project phase.
* Monitors customer requirements in B2B portals, including change notifications, new requirements, or complaints.
* Ensures that SAP system information (packaging, Incoterms, transport schemes, routes, prices) is updated on time, in line with project requirements.
* Monitors the level of returnable packaging and ensures its logistical tracking in collaboration with the function responsible for packaging.
5. Internal Collaboration and Reporting:
* Coordinates with planning, production, and quality teams to prioritize special orders or emergency situations (e.g. backlog / complaints).
* Provides monthly/weekly reports on demand, deliveries, deviations from forecast, and available inventory.
* Participates in interdepartmental meetings and contributes to defining corrective actions when necessary.
Secondary Responsibilities:
* Participates in annual inventory counts.
What You'll Bring
* Have University studies (the domain is not so important, but we are looking rather a methodical and analytical person)
* Speaks English at an advanced level (French or German are not mandatory, but considered an advantage)
* Have the will to learn SAP (previous knowledge is an advantage)
* Are autonomous in using Excel (VLOOKUP, IF functions, Pivot)
* Are open minded, good communicator, proactive and energetic
* Are used to working in a fast moving environment, with tight deadlines
