We are looking for an authentic and driven Concierge (Full-Time) to join us at Kimpton Clocktower Hotel!
Kimpton Clocktower Hotel is a Manchester icon - a bold blend of grand Victorian architecture and playful, contemporary design. From buzzing social spaces to unforgettable dining and events, we create stays that feel vibrant, personal and anything but ordinary.
What do you need to be a Concierge? Well, your main duties and responsibilities will be being the first point of contact for our guests and ensuring a uniquely personal experience for every guest. You will be providing recommendations within the city for dining, drinking and adventuring! You will deal with queries and guest requests - ensuring all our guests leave with a smile on their face.
So, we are looking for someone who has…
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, 40 hours per week across 5 shifts including weekends
* Experience working as a Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a 4/5* Hotel is beneficial
* Knowledge of the local area, know the good spots for food and drink especially!
* Passion for interacting with guests, this is a hugely hands on role that requires great personal skills
* Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
