Description du poste:

Integration Specialist Smart Buildings

Location: Coventry (flexible UK location with travel)

You will join a specialist team focused on delivering advanced smart building solutions across global projects. This role sits at the intersection of building management systems, cloud platforms, and integration technologies.

You will work on complex, high-value projects where you connect on-premise systems with cloud platforms. Your work will directly enable smarter, data-driven buildings.

This is not a standard BMS role. You will focus on integration, APIs, cloud connectivity, and system architecture.

What you will be doing
* You will design and deliver integrations between building systems and cloud platforms.
* You will work closely with developers, engineers, and global teams to solve complex integration challenges.
* You will review API documentation and support system integration across multiple environments.
* You will test and validate integrations to ensure performance and reliability.
* You will contribute to global smart building deployments and support continuous improvement.

What you need to bring
* You have experience working with Building Management Systems, ideally Schneider Electric EcoStruxure or similar platforms.
* You understand integration protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, MQTT, OPC-UA or REST APIs.
* You have experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
* You can work across both OT and IT environments.
* You understand networking fundamentals such as VLANs, VPNs, routing and firewalls.
* You can troubleshoot complex multi-system integrations.
* You have experience with scripting such as Python, PowerShell or JavaScript.
* You bring strong problem-solving skills and can work across global teams.
* You likely have previous work experience in BMS, integration, or smart buildings.

What makes this role different
* You will work on global projects, not just local delivery.
* You will be part of a team that values curiosity and continuous learning.
* You will have time to explore, test, and improve solutions, not just deliver to deadlines.
* You will work on modern cloud-connected building technologies.

What we offer you:
Competitive salary & Bonus Scheme, 28 Days Annual Leave + Public Holidays, Pension Scheme, Employee Share Ownership Programme, Various Health & Wellbeing Support Options, Gym Flex, Open Talent Market (internal mobility opportunities + access to mentors & projects globally), Shopping & Dining Discounts, Learning Portal and much more.
