Overview What will you be doing? We are hiring an Affiliate Manager to help lead and grow high-impact affiliate programmes within our Performics Acquisition team at Starcom. This role plays a key part in driving acquisition for a leading FMCG client, combining smart strategy with hands-on delivery and strong partner relationships. You'll work closely with clients, publishers and internal teams to turn insight into action and performance into growth. Responsibilities Manage and develop affiliate programmes for an established FMCG client and a newly onboarded account Build strong, collaborative relationships with key publisher partners to unlock performance opportunities Lead the onboarding of new affiliates, ensuring launches are efficient, well-tracked and effective Own day-to-day optimisation of budgets and performance, aligned with wider acquisition activity Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for sustainable growth Deliver clear performance updates and insights to clients and internal stakeholders Support and mentor more junior team members, helping them grow their skills and confidence Qualifications What are we looking for? Experience working in affiliate marketing, either within an agency, network or in-house environment Confidence managing client relationships and contributing to strategic discussions A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into meaningful recommendations Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Impact and analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics Comfortable working with data in Excel and creating clear presentations in PowerPoint Strong communication skills, with experience presenting performance and insights A collaborative, proactive approach and a genuine interest in performance marketing #LI-TA1 Additional information Starcom offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
